Personal Care Workers & Food Service Assistants - Residential Aged Care - Bundaberg
Conexson is hiring PCWs and FSAs for flexible casual shifts across multiple Residential Aged Care facilities in Bundaberg and surrounding areas. You choose when you work.

On the job you will:
- Provide safe, person-centered care and hospitality services to residents
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility and meals (PCW)
- Prepare, serve and clear resident meals and beverages (FSA)
- Follow hygiene, infection control and food safety procedures
- Work as part of a team and independently
What you bring:
- PCW: Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent, plus 12 months' Residential Aged Care experience (ESSENTIAL)
- FSA: 12 months' experience in aged care or hospitality food service, plus a Food Safety certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
- Valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship offered)
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
