The exciting opportunity

• Part-time role with morning, afternoon and night shifts available
• Assist residents with activities of daily living at our beautiful 135-bed Blue Haven aged care home in Kiama
• Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
• Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

About you

• Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker / Assistant in Nursing in residential aged care
• Motivated, flexible, reliable and willing to work a variety of shifts
• Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
