    About the Role

    Join a dynamic on-demand workforce delivering compassionate, practical personal care in the community. We seek reliable Personal Care Assistants / Workers who provide respectful support to people of all ages with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, mobility assistance and companionship. This casual position offers flexible shifts, immediate starts and the opportunity to build regular hours while supporting clients in and around Canley Heights.

    What You Will Do
    • Assist clients with personal care including showering, dressing and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy.
    • Support mobility and transfers, using safe manual handling techniques and assistive equipment when required.
    • Help with routine household tasks linked to personal wellbeing such as light cleaning, meal preparation and shopping support.
    • Provide medication prompts, monitor wellbeing and report changes in client condition to supervisors and care coordinators.
    • Offer social support and companionship to reduce isolation and promote client independence and engagement.
    • Follow individual care plans, respect cultural and language needs, and adapt care to suit client preferences.
    Who We Are Looking For
    • Fluent Vietnamese speaker preferred to support our Vietnamese-speaking clients and build strong rapport.
    • Current Police Check and Working With Children Check are required and must be valid.
    • Previous experience in personal care, aged care, disability support or similar roles preferred but enthusiastic beginners with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
    • Excellent communication, patience, empathy and the ability to work independently or as part of a small care team.
    • Reliable transport or ability to travel to client locations in the Canley Heights area.
    • Strong time management and willingness to work flexible, casual hours including short-notice shifts.
