Location:St Mary NSW
Support Schedule: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week
Tentative Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Time: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Schedule is subject to the participants preferences and final discharge arrangements.Preferred Staff: Female Support Worker
Diagnosis: PTSD and SchizophreniaRequired Experience and Skills:
- Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities and complex needs.
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours and provide consistent, person-centred support.
- Understanding of mental health and trauma-informed support practices.
