About the Role As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference. Essential Criteria * Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent * At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience * Reliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous) * Current Manual Handling and CPR certificates * Current National Police Check * Current NDIS Worker Screening Check * Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older Australians Desirable Attributes * Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Adaptable and reliable in dynamic care environments * Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Ready to Make a Difference?
