Patient Services Coordinator

THE POSITION 

• Support the operational delivery of Patient Services across the hospital. 
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Hub Coordinators. 
• Act as the first escalation point for operational and workforce-related matters. 
• Coordinate patient movements, transfers and discharge cleaning activities. 
• Support workforce planning, rostering, payroll approvals and leave management. 
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to address patient flow challenges. 

THE PERSON 

• Leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare environment. 
• Experience supporting hospital operations, patient flow or support services functions. 
• Strong workforce management, rostering and operational coordination skills. 
• Experience leading and developing frontline teams. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Experience interpreting operational data and using insights to drive improvements.
