Parts Interpreter/Internal Sales - Auto/Truck Industry - Sydney
- Maintain and update all sales platforms
- Process orders via phone/email/website/eBay etc
- Develop great relationships with your customer base
Our client is a growing organisation based in the Western suburbs of Sydney. With a strong background in the supply of high quality truck products to their vast customer base, they are a specialist in their field.
We are seeking a candidate with proven parts interpretation/internal sales experience who is looking to join a dynamic team and is wanting to forge a career.
About you:
- Motivated and engaged
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reliable and dedicated
- Strong computer skills
- Mechanical background / auto parts knowledge is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all sales platforms
- Processing of orders via phone/email/website/eBay etc
- Counter sales and handling inbound calls/emails from customers
- General parts interpretation
- Occasional pick/pack of parts
- Developing great relationships with your customer base
