Parts Interpreter

We’re looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join a busy truck parts business supplying quality new and used parts, engines, gearboxes to customers across Australia.

Whether you’re a junior looking to build your career or an experienced Parts Interpreter ready for your next opportunity, this is a great chance to put your knowledge to work in the heavy vehicle industry.

You’ll play an important role in helping customers identify and source the correct parts, providing reliable service and keeping things moving in a fast paced environment. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Identifying and interpreting automotive and heavy vehicle parts
• Assisting customers with parts enquiries and recommendations
• Sourcing parts, checking availability and preparing quotes
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Providing accurate information on parts, engines and gearboxes 
• Supporting the team with day-to-day parts operations

About You: 

• Experienced in automotive or heavy vehicle parts, mechanics or a related industry
• A genuine interest in trucks and heavy vehicles
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem solving mindset

Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded, but candidates with relevant automotive or heavy vehicle experience who are keen to learn are encouraged to apply.

What’s on Offer?

• $70K-$90,000 + Super + Commission (salary depending on experience and suitability)
• Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work
