PART-TIME EDUCATOR - CAPALABA LDC

We’re looking for a passionate educator to join our team at St Luke's LDC in Capalaba. We're seeking someone who is driven to inspire young minds and create a safe, nurturing space for our youngest learners.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position covering parental leave approximately for a 12 month period. The role involves working 7.5 hours per day across 4 days per week for the duration of the contract. Further opportunities may be available within Catholic Early EdCare at the end of the contract for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

• Completed or working towards Cert III or Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
• Current Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Completed child safety training certificate
• A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Completion of Child Safety Courses 1 & 2 (mandatory); Courses 3 & 4 highly regarded.
