Parks MR Driver/General Hand!
- Seeking an experienced MR Driver / General Hand for parks and gardens team
- Responsible for maintenance and presentation of landscaped areas and public spaces
- Combines driving duties with grounds maintenance work.
- Maddington location!
- $39.44 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)!
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm!
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated MR Driver / General Hand to join their Parks and gardens team!. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high quality public spaces and landscaped environments.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and presentation of landscaped areas, streetscapes, parks, and public open spaces. This hands on position combines driving duties with grounds maintenance work and offers consistent full time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating ride on mowers safely and efficiently
- Using landscaping equipment including whipper snippers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Maintaining turf, garden beds, plants, and landscaped areas
- Assisting with the upkeep of streetscapes and public spaces
- Performing general grounds and garden maintenance duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current MR Driver's Licence - Essential
- White card - Essential
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticultural environments
- Experience operating ride on mowers and associated maintenance equipment
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
