Packaging, Product Specialist (Brisbane or Sydney)

We're looking for a Product Specialist – Packaging to shape and grow our packaging service offering, ensuring it remains competitive, scalable, profitable and aligned to market needs.Reporting into the National Manager - Packaging, 2 Year fixed term contract, this is a newly created role, working alongside the packaging site team and sales team.

About the Role

As the Product Specialist – Packaging, you will own the development, optimisation and commercialisation of Endeavour Foundation's packaging services. Acting as the link between our numerous business solutions site to understand what we are capable of for future growth and how to make the pivot into these new markets for operational capability and commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for designing a clear and scalable packaging service catalogue, developing pricing frameworks, technical specifications and product roadmaps that support long-term growth. Working closely with Sales, Operations and Quality teams, you will ensure our services are customer-focused, operationally achievable and financially sustainable.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded packaging professional who understands manufacturing environments and enjoys translating customer needs into market-leading service solutions.

Day to Day you will:

• Design packaging services that directly respond to market demand and customer requirements, including speed, flexibility, compliance and scalability.
• Partner with Sales to support solution design, quoting and customer onboarding, ensuring strong alignment between offer and execution.
• Define and evolve service tiers (core, growth, complex) that monetise speed, flexibility and compliance.
• Support CAPEX decisions by assessing equipment capability, ROI and alignment to service strategy
• Analyse product and service performance to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies and pricing improvement
• Regular travel and site visits to our many locations across QLD, NSW and VIC.

You will bring:

• Experience in product management, packaging, manufacturing, contract packaging or a related industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.
• 5+ years’ experience in product, service or process development within packaging, manufacturing or related sectors
• Ability to align service design with operational capability and market opportunity.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across sales, operations and leadership teams.
