Albury Wodonga Health Dental Service is seeking a passionate and motivated Grade 2 Oral Health Therapist to join our dedicated public dental team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the oral health and wellbeing of our community while working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
As a valued member of the AWH Dental Service, you will provide assessment, treatment and preventive oral health care to priority clients accross our public dental program, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in line with contemporary best practice standards.
About you
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist / Dental Therapist and a current Radiation Use License
- Experience providing dental care within the Oral Health Therapist scope of practice as defined by the Dental Board of Australia.
- A commitment to delivering evidence-based care in accordance with AWH and Oral Health Victoria clinical standards.
- Experience working with priority groups and vulnerable populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build position relationships with patients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience and confidence in providing treatment across all age groups will be highly regarded.
