Your new role

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and optical accessories Interpret prescriptions and dispense spectacles and contact lenses in accordance with the optometrist's recommendations Fit, adjust, repair, and maintain eyewear to ensure customer satisfaction Provide information on lens types, coatings, warranties, rebates, and product suitability Schedule appointments, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate customer records Liaise with optometrists, laboratories, and other stakeholders to ensure quality service outcomes Support stock control activities including receipting, stock transfers, and stock takes Assist with banking, cash reconciliation, and general administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or within the optical industryCertificate IV in Optical Dispensing (desirable but not essential)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to interpret prescriptions and confidently assist customers with eyewear selectionKnowledge of frames, lenses, coatings, and optical productsStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environmentWhat you'll get in return
