Job description: About Blackwater Mine:
Blackwater is one of the region’s most significant coal operations — a site with scale, momentum, and a strong future. The mine plays a major role in supplying high‑quality coal to domestic and international markets, and every shift contributes directly to meeting production targets.

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Dozer Operators to join our Dozer Push team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality land preparation and earthworks services while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate Caterpillar D11 dozers within a production mining environment.
* Carry out bench preparation, bulk pushing and coal uncovering tasks using modular GPS guidance.
* Follow all site safety procedures and environmental requirements.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
* Excavator experience operating a Komatsu PC1250 or Cat 6030 is highly regarded but not essential.
* Grader experience operating a Cat 18M is highly regarded but not essential.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Proven experience operating Caterpillar D11 dozers in a mining environment.
* Valid training transcripts/LMS demonstrating relevant operating experience.
* Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and a valid driver’s licence.
* A strong understanding of mining safety procedures and environmental standards.
* The ability to read and interpret site plans and accurately complete bench preparation and design tasks.
* A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset and commitment to teamwork.
