Operations Supervisor (Night Shift) – Spotswood
Lead a highly automated warehouse operation with Visy Logistics. Based in Spotswood, this Night Shift Operations Supervisor role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement of inventory through a modern warehouse environment.

Role Details:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead night shift warehouse and transport activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, customer service and operational performance objectives are achieved. You'll be a key leader within a modern automated facility supporting critical customer operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead warehouse and transport operations across the night shift
- Manage warehouse operators, forklift drivers and transport activities
- Drive inventory control, accuracy and stock management processes
- Monitor and optimise automated warehouse systems
- Support operation and performance of AGVs and E80 technology
- Ensure DIFOT, safety and productivity targets are achieved
- Lead shift planning, team performance and workforce engagement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong inventory management and stock control experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing frontline teams
- Understanding of automated warehouse environments
- Exposure to AGVs, warehouse automation or robotics highly desirable
- Strong safety and operational compliance knowledge
- Experience with WMS, SAP or similar systems
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
