The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Wingfield on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑focused role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and strong service delivery.
Responsibilities also include:
- Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste.
- Manage driver payments, purchase orders and reconciling.
- First point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
- Order placement and other necessary administrative duties
About you:
It would be awesome if you had experience from the Transport and/or Logistics space but we are happy to consider candidates from any industry as long as you are a quick learner, are switched on and have a great attention to detail we will consider you.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Cooper, UKG, and Myosh will be advantages
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
- Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
