Your new role
Reportingto the Laboratory Manager, you'll coordinate the day-to-day operations of abusy sample preparation laboratory. You will be responsible for managingworkflow, allocating resources, overseeing sample receipt and dispatchactivities, maintaining turnaround times, supporting ISO17025 qualityrequirements, coordinating routine maintenance, and leading a team to deliversafe and efficient production outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within minerals, mining laboratory or sample preparation environments. Strong operational coordination and workflow management skills.
Experience supervising, coaching or leading teams.
Understanding of laboratory quality systems and safety requirements.
Strong administration and reporting skills.
Exposure to ISO17025 quality systems will be highly regarded.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining production and turnaround targets.
