ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
LA & AJ Pty Ltd operates a diverse indoor sports and entertainment facility in Moorabbin, Victoria, delivering court hire and organised competitions across tennis, futsal, netball, basketball, pickleball, indoor soccer and cricket.
Our operations also include a children’s trampoline and entertainment centre, birthday party programs, private venue hire and community partnership initiatives.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, organised and career-focused Office Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to apply your skills across a busy and growing organisation, with a broad and clearly defined administrative and operational remit.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, including setting priorities and office service standards
- Allocating human resources, office space and equipment
- Assigning work to staff and monitoring work performance
- Managing office records, documentation and accounts
- Liaising with professionals and external service providers to coordinate business requirements and facilitate the resolution of operational matters
- Ensuring office equipment, systems and supplies are appropriately maintained
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensuring office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
- Supporting management in the efficient day-to-day administration and operation of the business

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar or relevant position.
