    About the Role

    We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist for a caseload management position with no face-to-face client interaction. This unique role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in behind-the-scenes work, overseeing therapy delivery, reviewing documentation, and coordinating care plans.

    You’ll manage a portfolio of various clients and NDIS clients from the clinic, supporting therapy planning and collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and support workers to ensure effective service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and coordinate a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients

    • Review assessment reports, monitor therapy plans, and ensure clinical compliance

    • Provide support to field therapists, including documentation review and care recommendations

    • Liaise with families, coordinators, and other health professionals to support client outcomes

    • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions

    • Ensure all services align with NDIS and aged care standards and guidelines

    Essential Criteria
    • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

    • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

    • Minimum 1 year experience, ideally in various caseload or community OT settings

    • Excellent clinical reasoning and written communication skills

    • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

    • Proficiency in electronic case management and clinical documentation systems

    • Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check

    • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s licence (preferred)
