Job Title: Graduate Occupational Therapist - Hybrid/Training - Central Coast, NSW
Working hours: 38 hrs/week, Flexible hours
Salary: Attractive Remuneration Package + CPD + Allowances
Location: Central Coast, NSW
About the role
Excellent opportunity for passionate OTs to join an established multidisciplinary team, supporting older adults and people living with disabilities:
- Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
- Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
- Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
- Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
- Extensive shadowing and induction period
- Regular 1:1 mentoring with an experienced OT
- Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
- Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you’re on the road
Essential Criteria:
- Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
- New gardautes are welcome
