    About the Role:

    A well-established and supportive allied health provider in Toowoomba, QLD is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. This position offers a flexible hybrid model with a mix of clinic, community, and telehealth services. You'll be working with a diverse caseload including NDIS participants, aged care clients, peadiatrics and private referrals.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy interventions

    • Support clients across the lifespan with functional, sensory, and developmental needs

    • Provide services in community settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

    • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation

    • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other professionals

    What We're Looking For:
    • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

    • AHPRA registration (or eligible for limited registration with supervision)

    • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

    • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

    • New graduates welcome – structured supervision and mentoring provided

    • Experience with NDIS caseloads is highly regarded

    • Police check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

    • Must be legally eligible to work in Australia
