Troocoo are partnering with a well-established Queensland builder delivering premium modular homes across Queensland and New South Wales.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join the team. This role will suit a motivated sales professional who enjoys generating opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional sales results.
Supported by a respected brand and quality product offering, the successful candidate will play an important role in driving sales outcomes while helping clients bring their home-building plans to life.
About the Role:
- Manage and convert qualified enquiries through to signed contracts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while driving strong conversion outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and local market engagement.
- Conduct client consultations to understand building requirements and recommend suitable home solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales recommendations.
- Maintain consistent follow-up activity to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline reporting.
- Represent the business professionally across client meetings, display homes and project sites.
- Contribute to revenue growth through the achievement of individual sales targets.
About You:
- Proven experience within new home sales and a strong understanding of the residential construction industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across local and regional areas, including client meetings, display homes and project sites.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident building relationships and establishing trust with a wide range of clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.
- Experience using CRM (hubspot) systems to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Current driver's licence.
