Are you an experienced local operator sick of inconsistency or a FIFO Plant Operator seeking a decently paid, single site role to be local again close to family?
We’re currently recruiting for skilled Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for an international company running an industrial operation around the Ripley area. You’ll be operating a range of heavy machinery in a well-structured environment with strong safety systems, modern plant and clear pathways for skill growth and equipment rotation.
This is a long term opportunity with opportunities to grow in to more machines in a site run to internationally safe standards. You will be joining a team of like minded, experienced operators who value safety and quality work with welcoming good humour.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transport is essential (site is not accessible by public transport)
- Successful applicants must complete a pre-employment urine drug screen
IDEAL OPERATORS WILL HAVE:
Minimum 12 months’ experience operating any of the below RIIMP ticketed machinery – ideally competent on two or more of the following:
- Dozers
- Loaders
- Excavators
- Graders
- Compactors
The more machines you can operate, the greater your opportunity for variety and progression!
THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Competitive Rates: $45.45 per hour + penalty rates!
- Average 11 – 12 hour shifts
- 6:00am day shift starts
- Overtime and Saturday work available
