The Opportunity

At National Workforce, we specialise in providing top-tier labour hire services, and we are currently partnering with a highly respected national distributor to expand their South Australian operations.

Let's be completely up-front: this is not your standard, sit-behind-the-wheel courier job. Our client needs an energetic, physically fit Driver who understands that this is a highly active role involving significant manual labour, heavy lifting, and pushing throughout the shift.

We are currently recruiting based on attitude rather than strict industry experience. If you are not scared of hard physical work, possess great customer service skills, and bring a positive mindset to the team, our client will provide all the comprehensive training you need to succeed.

A Day in the Life

• Drive 80 to 100 km daily across designated South Australia routes.

• Complete 20 to 30 multi-drop deliveries and collections per shift.

• Deliver specialised bulk liquid products and secure signed invoices.

• Collect recycled materials based on your daily run sheet.

• Perform physical equipment maintenance at client sites.

• Provide friendly customer service at every single stop.

• Maintain truck cleanliness and complete daily vehicle checks.

• Follow strict safety protocols including OHS, NHVR, and spill management.

What You Need to Succeed

• Hold a valid MR or HR Manual driving licence.

• Be physically capable of heavy lifting, pushing, and sustained manual labour.

• Bring a positive, resilient attitude and a readiness to learn.

• Possess excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.

• Commit to our client's core values including professionalism, respect, optimism, and integrity.

• Hold a Forklift Licence if possible, though this is preferred rather than essential.
