    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver community-based maternal and child health assessments, screening, and follow-up care for infants and young children.
    • Provide evidence-based health education to parents, caregivers, and community groups on breastfeeding, nutrition, sleep, development, and safety.
    • Coordinate referrals to allied health, specialist services, and local support agencies when required.
    • Undertake home visits, clinic sessions, and outreach services across rural and regional settings.
    • Maintain accurate clinical records, report on service outcomes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
    Selection Criteria
    • Registered Nurse or Midwife with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration.
    • Minimum 2 years relevant experience; candidates with 3–30+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Proven ability to work with families from diverse cultural backgrounds and to provide trauma-informed care.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills with sound decision-making under community conditions.
    • Eligible to work in Australia: Australian citizen, permanent resident, or on a valid work visa.
