The Opportunity

Join us on a fixed-term contract and play a key role in our major Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation project, helping our people adopt new technology and ways of working.

Working closely with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholders, you'll create engaging learning resources including user guides, eLearning modules and training materials that make complex processes easy to understand. This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation program, collaborate with teams across the business and make a genuine impact on user adoption and business success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop D365 training materials and eLearning resources.
  • Create clear, user-friendly guides that simplify complex processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content.
  • Ensure learning materials are accurate, current and fit for purpose.
  • Support user readiness and adoption throughout the D365 rollout.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma in Instructional Design, Technical Writing or related discipline and/or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Experience supporting learning and user adoption during a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation or major transformation project.
  • Proven ability to develop training materials, process documentation, eLearning content and user guides for enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Microsoft 365 and other digital learning tools.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing and stakeholder engagement skills.
