Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide person-centred outreach support across the ACT community.
  • Build trusting relationships with participants following a suicidal crisis.
  • Support individuals to identify goals and access the services and supports they need.
  • Work collaboratively with mental health, housing, health, AOD, and community service providers.
  • Complete assessments, safety planning, case notes, and reporting requirements.
  • Deliver support using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches.
