Our client is a Melbourne CBD law firm looking for a motivated 7+ PQE Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage property transactions and commercial leasing on behalf of a wide range of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm at Special Counsel Level.

Duties
- Issue and negotiate commercial leases
- Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters
- Draft a range of legal documents
- Review contracts
- Manage lease assignments
- Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters
- Mentor Junior members of staff
The Candidate
- 7+ years PQE in property law
- Admitted to practice in VIC
- Commercial Leasing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
