About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Medical Equipment Installer to join our client's team based in Sunshine West. This role involves the installation, assembly, and commissioning of specialised medical equipment across a range of healthcare environments.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing position requiring regular domestic travel and periodic international travel across the Asia-Pacific region (including New Zealand and Papua New Guinea). Most installation work is conducted on weekends, with weekday work focused on preparation and supporting local fleet operations during quieter periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and commission specialised medical equipment onsite
- Safely handle, load, unload, and position equipment using cranes, A-frames, and air skates
- Travel to client sites across Australia and internationally as required
- Deliver high-quality, professional service in customer-facing environments
- Adhere to strict safety standards and site requirements
- Support local fleet operations between project work
About You
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with a high attention to detail
- Flexible and available to work weekends and travel frequently
- Hands-on with experience in mechanical assembly and/or rigging
- Confident working directly with customers
- Holds full working rights and able to travel internationally
Licences & Qualifications
- Basic rigging ticket (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Heavy vehicle licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Construction White Card
