Mechanical Fitter

About the Role

Based at our Kewdale workshop, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, overhaul and testing of a wide range of pumps, generators and associated site services equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and overhaul pumps, generators and associated mechanical equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing.

• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting.

• Complete equipment testing and commissioning.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Work collaboratively with hire, workshop and field service teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification.

• Experience working on industrial pumps, generators or similar equipment.

• Pump experience is highly desirable.

• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

• Current Australian driver's licence.
