Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor an in-house Marketing Coordinator and two Virtual Assistants.
- Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, signboards and digital assets.
- Manage social media content, scheduling and brand campaigns.
- Oversee all property marketing campaigns from listing launch through to completion.
- Coordinate external suppliers including printers and signage companies.
- Drive brand awareness through creative marketing initiatives.
- Implement new marketing platforms and train the wider team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
About You:
- Qualified Graphic Designer.
- Previous real estate marketing experience is essential.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
