• Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and minimise waste.
• Design and implement manufacturing workflows and layouts for improved operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to manufacturing processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A degree or trade qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing-related software and tools.
