Our client is a well-established engineering business based in Paget with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality machining and manufacturing solutions. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to assist on a short-term project.Your new role
Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for machining and manufacturing components predominantly using plastics and nylon materials. This role will involve operating manual milling machinery while maintaining a strong focus on quality, precision and safety.This position is expected to run for approximately 3-4 weeks and offers excellent hourly rates for the successful candidate.What you'll need to succeed

Trade qualification in Engineering or Machining Previous experience as a Manual Machinist Experience operating manual milling machines Experience machining plastics, nylon or similar materials Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Commitment to workplace health and safety Contactable work references Reliable transport
