The Appointment
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Business Advisory Manager to lead a small team within the firm’s structured pod model. You’ll work closely with Partners who will delegate client work, high‑level reviews and workflow management to you. This role is hands‑on, client‑facing and central to the continued growth of the division, ideal for someone seeking long‑term progression and future partnership potential.
The Appointee
You’re an accomplished accounting professional with deep technical capability and a natural leadership style.
You bring:
- 12+ years’ post‑qualification experience in Business Advisory
- At least 2 years’ experience managing and developing a small team
- Strong client‑facing confidence and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Capability to oversee high level reviews, delegate effectively and support workflow across the pod
- Ambition for long term growth, including future partnership aspirations
- Potentially coming from a city firm and seeking a high‑quality Southside opportunity or currently in a Supervisory role seeking your next step to Manager
You’re someone who leads with clarity, supports your team and enjoys being hands‑on with clients and technical work.
