Roster and Conditions
- 8/6 day shift, 7/7 night shift
- FIFO form Adelaide or Port Augusta – flights included

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Heavy Diesel Fitters, Servicepersons, Mechanics and Tyre Fitters
- Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
- Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
- Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy
What You'll Need
- Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
- Current drivers licence
- Strong working knowledge of CAT & Komatsu surface mobile equipment
- Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
- Ability to wear a respirator uninhibited (no facial hair)
