Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support fixed plant maintenance activities within a high-performing operational environment. Working closely with maintenance, operations and reliability teams, you will be responsible for developing effective maintenance plans, coordinating resources and ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling preventative, corrective and shutdown maintenance works
- Developing detailed work packs and maintenance plans for fixed plant assets
- Supporting wash plant maintenance planning activities to maximise plant reliability and availability
- Coordinating labour, materials and equipment requirements
- Managing maintenance work orders and asset data within SAP
- Liaising with key stakeholders to optimise maintenance outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and planning processes
- Ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, operational and production requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within mining, minerals processing, manufacturing, heavy industry or similar asset-intensive environments
- Experience planning maintenance activities for fixed plant and/or wash plant operations
- Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience
- SAP experience within a maintenance environment
- Trade qualification or trade background highly regarded
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
