Experienced Electrician required to carry out electrical maintenance on an A Grade building

A wellestablished electrical services provider is currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team, where you will be based on an A Grade commercial building in Sydney's CBD. This is a stable, permanent opportunity with a marketleading business that invests in its people and delivers consistent, highquality maintenance services.
Your new role
In this electrical position, you will be responsible for delivering both preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, which will include the following:Key duties will include, but are not limited to:General lighting maintenance and repairsEmergency & exit light testing and compliance worksSwitchboard testing and assisting with switchboard upgradesRunning and maintaining temporary power suppliesElectrical fault finding and breakdown responseSmall installations and minor electrical worksGeneral building repairs and maintenanceCompleting job reports and working collaboratively with site teamsThis role offers autonomy, variety, and consistent work across wellmaintained assets.
What you'll need to succeed
NSW Electrical Licence (trade qualified)Ability to work effectively within a team environmentA forwardthinking, positive attitudeStrong communication skills and a professional approachExperience in commercial maintenance (retail or Agrade assets highly regarded)
