Machine Operators & Forklift Operators

Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site in Wacol.

Our client specializes in manufacturing bricks and cement products and offers consistent work, competitive pay and opportunities to develop your skills.

What's on offer:

• $34 - $36 P/H

• Monday to Thursday 4:00am - 2:30pm

• Frequent overtime available for those interested in earning some extra $$

• Ongoing opportunities with an established organization

What you'll be doing:

• Operating production machinery, including slurry, dehacker and grading machines

• Forklift duties, including loading/unloading trucks and moving stock around the yard

• Moving wet tiles into the kiln and transporting pallets from production to the yard

• Assisting with general production, laboring and cleaning duties

• Stacking pallets and handling finished products

Machine duties will be discussed during the site walkthrough based on your preference and suitability.

What we're looking for:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating or laboring experience

• Current forklift licence for forklift operator positions

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
