I’m recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded boutique commercial property agency in Perth, working closely with an experienced senior team across an established commercial portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for a commercial leasing professional who wants more ownership, more exposure and the chance to build genuine relationships with landlords and tenants — rather than simply being another cog in a large corporate leasing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in driving leasing activity across the portfolio, taking ownership of campaigns from the initial enquiry right through to negotiation and completed transaction.

You’ll be trusted to get out in the market, build relationships under a well established property brand, identify opportunities and drive deals forward.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing incoming leasing enquiries and prospective tenants
• Conducting property inspections and following up opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Negotiating lease terms and progressing transactions
• Managing leasing campaigns from start to finish
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Coordinating marketing and property campaigns
• Preparing and managing leasing documentation
• Identifying opportunities to maximise leasing outcomes
• Maintaining an active leasing pipeline and accurate CRM records

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous commercial leasing experience who is ready for a role where they can take greater ownership and responsibility.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous commercial property leasing experience
• A strong understanding of the Perth commercial property market
• Confidence conducting inspections and dealing directly with prospective tenants
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisation and follow-through
• A professional, relationship-focused approach
• The confidence and initiative to work autonomously
