The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a successful and growing residential property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with approximately 6-12 months' experience in Leasing or as a Property Management Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role
- Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing information on available rental properties
- Conduct property inspections and open homes
- Respond to rental enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Qualify prospective tenants and assist with application processes
- Conduct reference checks and process tenancy applications
- Prepare and process lease agreements and relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings
- Coordinate property marketing, including photography, online listings and advertising
- Follow up prospective tenants after inspections to maximise leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
About You
- 6-12 months' experience in Leasing or as a Property Management Assistant
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between properties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident dealing with tenants, landlords and stakeholders
- Driven, motivated and eager to develop your career
