THE AGENCY
Our client is a boutique Subiaco agency with a fresh take on residential property management.
They're open to AI, modern tech and new ideas. They want someone who's just as curious about where property management is heading next.
THE ROLE
A hands-on mix of leasing, inspections and business development. You'll also help shape how a growing business runs.
You'll be:
• Running leasing inspections and meeting prospective tenants
• Managing leasing enquiries and the leasing process
• Finding and converting new management opportunities
• Building relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners
• Using AI and new tech to work smarter and get better results
• Bringing fresh ideas, energy and initiative
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Current WA Real Estate Registration (essential)
• Experience in leasing, property management, sales or business development
• Confidence, energy and strong relationship skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset
• Strong organisation and the ability to work independently
• Real enthusiasm for AI, technology and new ways of working
Personality and drive matter here as much as experience.
