• Salary guide: The $50/hr is the probation rate for up to 6 months. After that, they may increase the pay and provide a vehicle once they’re confident you can perform as a fully capable hybrid leading hand/supervisor. Any pay increase will be linked to performance and production outcomes.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and onsite teams including machine operators and labourers.
• Oversee earthworks operations ensuring safe and efficient use of machinery and materials.
• Develop and implement detailed work schedules and progress plans to meet set deadlines.
• Conduct quality inspections, detect defects, and manage rectification works on site.
• Manage subcontractors, report project timelines, and keep comprehensive documentation of site performance.
• Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless site communication and problem resolution.
