Leading Arborist Opportunity
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Arborist to lead a small crew delivering tree maintenance across streetscapes and public open spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate daily work, mentor team members and help maintain healthy, safe and thriving community spaces.
- Lead and support an arborist team in the field
- Coordinate daily work programs and resources
- Tree pruning, maintenance and planting
- Coach and mentor team members
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
What you'll need to succeed
- Arboriculture or tree maintenance experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Strong safety focus
- Ability to organise and coordinate daily workloads
- Enjoy working outdoors and leading by example
