About the Role Our client is a major industrial process plant seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer or Electrical Superintendent to take ownership of electrical maintenance, reliability and performance across the operation.
This is a permanent residential position in Karratha and is not FIFO. Relocation support is available for the successful candidate.
About You We are looking for a senior electrical professional with strong operating plant, maintenance and reliability experience.
You will ideally have:
- Extensive electrical engineering or electrical maintenance leadership experience
- Strong HV/MV/LV and industrial electrical systems experience
- Experience with plant maintenance, reliability and asset performance
- Experience leading electrical teams and contractors
- Shutdown / turnaround and commissioning experience
- Strong safety and compliance knowledge
- Experience in a process plant, resources, energy, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing or similar environment
Candidates from fertiliser, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, oil & gas, power generation, mineral processing or major fixed-plant operations are encouraged to apply.
Both Lead Engineer and Electrical Superintendent backgrounds will be considered, depending on experience.
