• Lead and inspire your room team
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Guide curriculum planning and reflective practice
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
• Champion child safety and high-quality practice

🎯 What You'll Bring

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC (or higher)
• Experience in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for mentoring others and building great team culture
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety
