About the Role

As our Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of your learning environment, supporting and mentoring your team, and delivering high-quality educational programs that reflect each child's interests, strengths and development.

Working collaboratively with your Centre Leadership Team, you'll foster strong relationships with children, families and colleagues while promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.

About You

✔ Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
✔ Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of educators
✔ Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
✔ Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
