We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to guide a team of educators and create meaningful learning experiences that support each child's unique journey.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room
• Develop and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support children's development through play-based learning and intentional teaching

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
• Previous experience leading a room or mentoring educators
• Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education
