About the role:

• You’ll sit at the intersection of investment funds, ETFs and financial services regulation, advising on:
• Establishment and structuring of managed investment schemes, ETFs, REITs and private funds
• Fund formation across asset classes (equities, private credit, infrastructure, real estate)
• Financial services regulation (AFSL, DDO, disclosure, compliance frameworks)
• Investment management, custody, administration and distribution arrangements
• Cross-border fund launches and offshore manager entry into Australia
• Regulatory strategy, governance and ongoing advisory for asset managers/platforms

The ideal candidate:
