WorkPac are seeking reliable and experienced Labourers for FIFO opportunities within the mining and resources sector in the Northern Territory. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous mining, civil construction or industrial experience who are looking for ongoing site-based work on a 2:1 roster.
Successful candidates must be available to commence on either 10 or 17 November 2026 and be able to attend a pre-employment medical next week to ensure they are cleared for their planned start date.
About Our Client
Our client operates within the mining and resources sector, offering opportunities to work on a major site in the Northern Territory. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork and operational excellence, they are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Labourers to support site activities and general labouring operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out general labouring duties across the site
- Digging and assisting with site preparation activities
- Using power tools as required
- Assisting with general site works and labouring tasks
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work environment
- Completing site clean-up duties
- Following all site safety procedures and requirements
- Working collaboratively with site personnel to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
What You Will Need
- Current Construction White Card
- Previous labouring experience, preferably within mining, civil construction or industrial environments
- Experience using power tools and performing general labouring duties
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work a 2:1 roster with 12-hour day shifts
- Availability to commence on either 10 or 17 November 2026
- Ability to attend a pre-employment medical next week
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to complete all required site inductions
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable, hardworking attitude and strong teamwork skills
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience working within mining operations
- Previous civil construction or bulk earthworks experience
- Experience operating machinery, with details of machine types and the environments in which they were operated
- Current mining inductions or relevant site-specific competencies
