We’re working with two established Perth builders looking for Junior / Intermediate Site Supervisors to join their teams across medium-density residential and commercial construction projects.

One opportunity is with an established development builder delivering projects up to $10m, including townhouses, retirement villages, childcare centres and multi-unit developments. The other is with a Tier 3 commercial builder seeking a hands-on Supervisor / Foreman with a strong, practical carpentry background.

The Opportunities

• Medium-density residential: Townhouses, retirement villages, childcare centres and multi-unit developments. Join a well-established builder with strong repeat clients, structured processes and brand-new offices in Leederville.
• Commercial construction: Projects valued at $5m–$15m, with a strong focus on school construction and education facilities. This opportunity would suit an experienced carpenter looking to step into supervision while remaining hands-on on site.

About You

• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Junior Supervisor, Foreman or Carpenter.
• Background in commercial or medium-density residential construction.
• Strong organisational, communication and site coordination skills.
• For the commercial role, you must have a hands-on carpentry background covering the full carpentry package on new-build commercial projects. This means experience across the complete scope of carpentry works, not just one specific trade or element. You must understand how the full package is delivered on site and be confident coordinating the associated works and trades.
• Willingness to remain hands-on on site where required.
• Full Australian working rights.
